About Us
IT Works, Inc. was founded in 2011 with the goal of providing professional IT services to both business and residential customers. Based in Mooresville, NC, we provide services to the surrounding areas of Lake Norman.
IT Works founder Ed Whitbeck has 15+ years of experience in IT support, with the last 10 years supporting a Department of Defense project. Ed carries a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
